ArtInstall Lite — Introduction / 30 seconds / no background music

The demonstration follows entering artwork dimensions and preparing a layout on a Mac, measuring hanging positions on an iPhone, and checking wall screw positions.

The videos are in Japanese.

The artworks and exhibition plans in the videos are fictional examples used to demonstrate the apps.

Enter actual wall and artwork dimensions, align centres, top or bottom edges, and set even spacing or numerical gaps.
Export A3 landscape layout PDFs
Export a PDF for each wall, including artwork numbers and position dimensions.
Keep the arrangement locked on site
The iPhone and iPad views are for installation. Check each work’s hanging measurements and screw positions for one- or two-point hanging without moving the planned arrangement.
Track installation progress
Record measurements and installation status for each work to keep track of progress.

03 / HANDOFF

Take the plan to the venue

You can print the layout PDF and bring it with you. To use an app on another device, export the exhibition plan file and import it on the receiving device. This is not automatic cloud synchronization.

ArtHang and ArtInstall Lite are separate apps. Transfer each app’s exhibition plan files between devices running the same app.

Enter the wall and artwork dimensions and the hanging method. Check the calculated fixing positions against the actual works, and confirm with the venue which hardware and installation methods are permitted.
